1 Super-fast Sedimentation

• By using a unique flocculation and granulation system, it is almost 10 times faster in sedimentation compared to a conventional device.

• Extremely compact device for its separation speed.

2 Preinstalled Measurement Devices

• Preinstalled processed-water pH recorder, processed-water flow volume recording and totalized, and processed-water turbidity recorder. Will accurately record and check its working status.

3 Stable Processing Ability

• Concentrated slurry-blanket zone allows strong capturing ability of suspended solids. Therefore the quality of a processed-water is good and its ability is stable, regardless of the volume of a preprocessed water or of the fluctuation in quality.

4 Improved Economy

• In addition to a super-fast sedimentation, all units are installed on a common compact skid. Therefore it requires small space to install the system, and it is also easy to replace as a construction progress.

5 Highly Concentrated Sludge-Waste

• As the granulation of the dispensed sludge will make it into highly dense particles, it will decrease the volume of sludge to remove.

6 Adoption of CO2 Gas Neutralization

• Compared to a conventional inorganic-acid neutralization, CO2 gas neutralization reacts faster and does not cause pH-rebound phenomenon. In addition, pH will not become any lower than 5.8 even if the gas is over injected, and it is safe and harmless from a management point of view.
